As a Senior Software Engineer, I’ve had the privilege of leading full-stack delivery across speech processing, large language models, and operational tooling to make our platform both reliable and trustworthy in real-world emergency workflows.

    I spearheaded the end-to-end automation of non-emergency calls using Azure’s Text-to-Speech and Speech-to-Text services orchestrated with LLM reasoning, reducing dispatcher workload by 80% while maintaining high-confidence handoff for urgent incidents. In parallel, I built a comprehensive prompt testing and observability console with versioning, evaluation metrics, and latency analytics that created rapid feedback loops for model iteration—cutting response latency by 40% and improving response quality across scenarios.

    This evaluation framework was complemented by a GIS-aware backend (Python, FastAPI, Azure) encoding jurisdiction boundaries and enforcement protocols into PostgreSQL to enable dynamic triage and routing based on caller location.
